Austin’s practice focuses upon personal injury and wrongful death claims in the areas of aviation, premises liability, products liability and trucking and transportation. He has represented a variety of clients in such matters, including but not limited to national retailers and transportation companies. Austin regularly litigates cases in both state and federal courts throughout the country.
Although Austin’s primary practice involves personal injury and wrongful death, he also maintains a practice in the areas of business and commercial law as well as estate planning. He has experience dealing with contract disputes, business torts, noncompete agreements, construction law, and residential and commercial landlord-tenant law. Austin has advised numerous clients through all stages of corporate planning, formation and governance. He also assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, powers of attorney and other devices designed to protect a client’s assets.
