Lindsey focuses her law practice on Employment Compliance and Litigation as well as Business Law. Lindsey routinely counsels clients with respect to state and federal employment law compliance issues. Lindsey also litigates retaliation claims; race, age and gender discrimination claims; as well as sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims. Lindsey also reviews employment contracts, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, severance agreements, and independent contractor agreements for her clients. She represents individuals and companies in state and federal courts across North Carolina and is well-versed in all phases of civil litigation. Lindsey also handles catastrophic personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, and workers’ compensation matters.
